You can vote in-person during two time frames. Early Voting and Election Day. Early Voting is usually the week before Election Day and people can visit select polling locations to vote early. On Election Day you must vote at your precinct or you can go to the city/township wide locations.

If you have an absentee ballot but don’t want to mai it in, you can always go to your city or township clerks office and drop off your ballot as well. This is the only time you can drop off ballots. If you would like to drop off your ballot visit the East Lansing City Hall on Abbot.

Ifyou are signed up for an absentee ballot, it will come in the mail and you can choose who you want to vote for from the comfort of your home. Once you’re done with the ballot, you’ll close it and send back off into the mail free of charge to your local clerks office.
